D1 Training Therapy


D1 Sports Training provides custom training programs, expert coaching, and the latest in sports therapy and sports rehab, all in an intense, high energy environment. Every person who walks through the doors of our state-of the-art facility in Dallas, TX is trained and treated like an elite athlete. Broken into two distinct categories: Scholastic and Adult, D1 offers the ability to train in small groups or 1-1 with experienced coaches focused on the specific age groups and skill sets.

Built for athletes between the age of 7-18 and focuses on foundational athleticism through fine-tuning skill specific elite programming. Key areas of focus are speed, strength, agility, and explosiveness.


Programs consist of motivating and challenging boot camps and strength training in the weight room. The small group workouts are competitive and create accountability.
